Sangrock Poomsae Team

The Martial Art Poomsae Team is led by National Poomsae Silver Medalist, Instructor Skyler. The Poomsae Team began in October of 2019 and has been pushing ever since.

 

The team is constantly at work, practicing multiple times a week, training even outside of the dojang weekly. Sangrock Poomsae Team plans to head to nationals yearly, and is looking forward to great achievements.
